Your dream session in 5 steps
1 /discovery call
During the initial call, I will guide you through the portrait process and answer all your questions regarding booking, “during the session, and y
2 /fees & booking
A retainer fee of $399 is due upon booking. A signed contract agreement and PAID retainer will reserve your spot and complete your booking. There are a limited amount of spots per month and bookings are encourage 2-3 months in advance of desired date.
After you $399 session fee is paid, any remaining balance would due prior to session. Additional fees may apply to custom themes depending on complexity.
3 /consultation prep
After you have booked, we will set up a virtual or in-person consultation. Each session will have consultation to go over how to prepare and attire options for your little one. I will need to know the clothing size of your child to ensure proper fit.
Cake orders with our cake artist will be noted and/or placed at this time to ensure proper preparation for session. All cake request are placed with our preferred cake artist. No outside cakes will be allowed and cake waiver must be signed prior to session.
4 /during the session
The session will be based on what I learned from your prior consultations. I use this info to help curate your experience for your little. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
I always let the kid explore a little before getting started.
5 /Final delivery
After your session, the photo processing begins. This time takes about 2-4 weeks. After images have been fully retouched, we will schedule a “Reveal Session”. Reveal sessions are in in-person and display your images fully retouched. You will be able to select each image you want included in your collection/package of your choice.
Once you finalized your selection. Images are delivered through email and all print product orders are placed. Final and full payments are due by your session and any print order place will need full payment. You will only have access to the images you purchased in your package and should be able to shop online for other portrait products.
