A retainer fee of $399 is due upon booking. A signed contract agreement and PAID retainer will reserve your spot and complete your booking. There are a limited amount of spots per month and bookings are encourage 2-3 months in advance of desired date.

Payments for collections are not due until your reveal session. You do have the option to save 15% on collections when you commit upon booking and after the initial retainer is paid. A payment plan will be set for future payments until your collection is paid. No digital images or products will be sent until full balance is paid.

After you have booked, we will set up a virtual or in-person consultation. Each session will have consultation to go over how to prepare and dress for your session. Depending on your session (i.e. maternity and newborn) you may require a pre-fitting to finalize details from our client wardrobe.

Our fitting consultation comes equipped with styling tips and resource to help you complete a timeless + fashion-forward look for you and your family. This preparation allows for a stress-free session filled with memories that matter the most.

The session will be based on what I learned from your prior consultations. I use this info to help curate your experience.

If you have opted to use items from our client closet during your session, this would need to be discussed at your pre-fitting/consultation for prop preparation and sanitization.

After your session, the photo processing begins. This time takes about 3-4 weeks. After images have been fully retouched, we will schedule a “Reveal Session”. Reveal sessions are in in-person and display your images fully retouched. You will be able to select each image you want included in your collection/package of your choice.

Once you finalized your selection. Images are delivered through email and all print product orders are placed. Final and full payments are due by your reveal session. You have access only to images you purchased in your package and should be able to shop online for other portrait products.
